Elder Moon arrived in Florida on September 22, 2009. So far, he says Florida is "idyllic." He's seen a turtle on the side of the road and a frog that I believe jumped on their car.
He is in Miami Beach and his companion is the District Leader. His name is Elder Hancock and is from Rigby, Idaho.

Welcome to the MTC!
This is a little late, but I wanted to post some pictures! These are from September 2, when Mom and Dad dropped Jordan off at the MTC. They all stopped at the Provo Temple before the MTC and got to see Uncle Mike, Aunt Laurie, Melissa, and her baby Mikey, Jessica, and Bradley. What a great send off party! We're grateful for the love and support they give!
I don't have too much in the form of updates though. Elder Moon will be flying to Florida on Tuesday September 22, 2009. Pretty much all I know besides that is that he got some more shots, but that's not fun or exciting. For anybody. Hopefully I can pump the parental units for more information or even a copy of the letter they've received!

Called to Serve!
Elder Moon entered the MTC on September 2, 2009. He is going to the Florida Fort Lauderdale mission. We are so excited for him and are so proud of his service! I will be updating this blog throughout his mission. I will post pictures when I can and update letters and any news.
